Operational management, not just rent collection

Leasing & Occupancy

Marketing, applicant screening, lease administration, resident onboarding, renewals, and turnover coordination.

Resident & Property Operations

Day-to-day communication, maintenance triage, vendor coordination, inspections, recurring issues, and property-level follow-through.

Accounting & Reporting

Rent collection, owner reporting, expense visibility, property-level accounting, and organized records for better operational decisions.

Built for growing complexity

As unit count grows, the management challenge becomes less about individual tasks and more about systems, consistency, communication, and accountability. Compass is structured to manage multifamily operations without treating larger properties like oversized single-family rentals.

Vendor Coordination

Organized maintenance and repair workflows with attention to cost control, response times, and documentation.

Inspections & Compliance

Property inspections, recurring operational checks, lease administration, and coordination around applicable requirements.

Portfolio Visibility

Clear communication and reporting so ownership can understand what is happening across the property without managing every issue personally.

Property-specific scope and pricing

Multifamily pricing is built around unit count, occupancy, property type, operating complexity, and requested scope rather than forcing larger properties into a single-rental fee structure.

Start with the building, not just a per-door quote

For an initial apartment management review, tell us the property location, total number of units, occupied and vacant units, and the issues you most want to address. A small building, a larger apartment community, and a portfolio spread across several properties can require different management arrangements.

Have a current rent roll, lease-expiration overview, recent operating income and expenses, and known maintenance priorities available for the follow-up discussion. Please do not include resident names, bank details, identification documents, or other sensitive records in the initial website inquiry; our team can explain how to provide any records needed for a detailed review.

Our focus is long-term rental management, generally for leases of 12 months or longer, not vacation or transient-rental operations. Managing several individually owned rental homes or condos? See our residential rental management services and multi-property portfolio overview. Individual rental-condo management and HOA association management are separate services.
