Qualifications for Vendor Status:

You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the status of services provided and promptly contact tenants to schedule appointments within five business days of receiving a service request.
- Business Practices:
– Tax Compliance: Please submit a completed W-9 form to ensure compliance with IRS tax reporting requirements.
– Qualified Services: We expect you to provide only those services for which you are qualified and hold the proper licenses.
– Competitive Rates: Your charges should be in line with our established rates based on market research.
– Timely Service: We prioritize prompt and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
– Detailed Invoicing: We require professional and comprehensive invoices for all services rendered. - Quality & Customer Focus:
