Welcome & Lease Signing
Upon approval, we’ll send you a welcome email with everything you need to know about the next steps. Lease signing is convenient and fully digital, allowing you to finalize your new home with ease.
Moving In & Getting Settled
Move-In Coordination
We’ll coordinate with you to arrange a smooth and stress-free move-in. You’ll receive clear instructions on property access, including details such as security codes or gate procedures.
Move-In Inspection
Before unpacking, we’ll complete a move-in inspection with you to document the property’s condition. A checklist and photos will be provided for transparency, ensuring a shared understanding of the property’s state. You’ll receive a copy for your records.
Rent Payment & Account Management

Renewing Your Lease or Moving Out
Lease Renewal
Looking to stay longer? We’ll reach out well before your lease expires to discuss renewal options. Together, we’ll review the terms and make any necessary updates to keep the process seamless.
Moving Out
Planning to move? Notify your property manager in writing at least 60 days before your lease ends, as specified in your lease agreement. This ensures a smooth and coordinated transition.
Move-Out Inspection
We’ll schedule a final inspection to evaluate the property’s condition. This includes comparing the move-out report with the move-in documentation, helping determine any necessary security deposit deductions based on your lease terms.
Security Deposit Return
Your security deposit refund will be processed within 21 calendar days of your move-out date. If any deductions are necessary, you’ll receive an itemized breakdown in compliance with legal requirements.
